    Kake Di Hatti®, an iconic eatery located in Delhi 6 (Chandni Chowk) has been serving authentic North Indian Food since 1942. This old Delhi legend has a long standing of four generations, providing excellency & novelty in their Naans & Dishes, using traditional methods of preparation such as Hamamdasta for blending different native herbs and spices, providing unmatched quality of dishes in enormous variety & the biggest Naan in the country.

Who We Look For

We are seeking Franchisees that fit the following criteria:

Access to prime location

The potential franchisee must have access to prime locations in their perspective region. The location can be of leased, rented, free-hold etc, as long a clear picture of the property contract is present or is in process.

Common value system

Having a value system in accordance with the franchisor will ensure proper assimilation into
the parent organisation's culture. Ability to replicate and maintain the same or similar consistency in the entire cycle of outlet management as the franchisor.

Capital

Having the necessary capital for setting up the franchise outlet. Good credit history that will be evaluated by a third party.

Business experience

Should have previous business experience of a minimum period of 3 years, preferably in the F&B industry (particularly for individual franchises). They have a solid foundation to understand all the legalities and fundamental skills needed to operate a franchise business.

- Agreement Terms is of 5 Years for Casual Dine & 7 Years for Fine Dine.
- Agreement will be renewed at 50% of Franchise Fee.
- Food Cost approx 30 - 35%
- Working Capital - 5 to 8 Lakhs (Depends according to model)

Training & Support

TRAINING

Phase 1- Kake Di Hatti’s management will provide franchisees with training at headquarters or at a location designated by Kake Di Hatti®, beginning approximately 3 to 4 weeks before the
franchisee is scheduled to open for business.
Phase 1 instruction will pretain to administrative, operational and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training.

Phase 2- Training provided at franchisee’s location:

On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from Kake Di Hatti® will provide on-site training for a period of Five (5) to Seven (7) days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
